Originally built in 1930 in View Park Historic District, this home had been meticulously remodeled by the previous owner to compliment it's original architectural sensibilities. Studio Zimmermann made the proper updates to modernize the house and inject it with style and luxurious finishes. Materials were carefully selected to test its time. One of the challenges of the era is the lack of natural light yet Studio Zimmermann managed to make the best of all the available light by updating their layout to take advantage of the sweeping views of DTLA and the Hollywood Sign, as well as injecting brighter finishes and furniture while never loosing sight of the homes original style.
